TBM Financial Planning

Executive Summary

Led the foundational phase of Technology Business Management (TBM) adoption by defining and costing technical services across the infrastructure landscape. This initiative created a robust financial model linking technology cost pools to technology resource towers (e.g., data center, servers, storage, networks), delivering clear unit costs and consumption transparency for these services.  This project established the essential groundwork for subsequent TBM phases, preparing the technical resource towers ready for next layer alignment to Business Services. We delivered accurate technical tower costing, improved financial visibility, and stronger IT, Finance and Business collaboration.
